PAM Enterprise and Multi User Data Management Solutions

Fairport now offers a variety of enterprise PAM solutions to suit the requirements of larger farming, horticultural and viticultural organisations.

The enterprise solutions offer the Microsoft SQL Server as an option for data storage and are designed to cater for “Client/Server” systems where all the heavy duty data access takes place on the server rather than on the workstations.

Please contact us if you require more information, reference sites or a quote on any of these or our other solutions.

PAM Enterprise can be installed on a local or wide area network using existing infrastructure within your organisation or it can be deployed using a Citrix server or the standard Microsoft Terminal Services system. Citrix is an application server system that works via the internet. Users can log onto the PAM Enterprise software from anywhere using an internet browser. The bandwidth demand of PAM Enterprise running on a Citrix server is surprisingly low and as a result it runs surprisingly fast, even using a dial-up modem.

Setting PAM up to run on MS SQL Server is no different to setting up the standard PAM software. Organisations can upgrade from the standard PAM system to the enterprise system at any time. Your existing data can be quite easily migrated.

PAM Enterprise solutions may be hosted here at the secure Fairport Farm Software office in Western Australia, or using your existing infrastructure.

PAM Mid Tier Enterprise

PAM Mid Tier Enterprise
This has the core features of the PAM Enterprise Edition to suite the Mid Tier sized operations that require a lower cost of implementation. It is fully upgradable to the fully featured version at a later date if required.

Network PAM

Inter-office networks, Business partner networks
Strongly suited to the environment where a physical computer network is present. View changes to production data live from all connected workstations. Have linked computers sharing the one PAM database, data is 'live' to all of the computers on the network. See changes from other computers, as they happen. Enables you to centralise and automate data backups.

PocketPAM - In Field Data Collection

Make recommendations in-the-field directly into the client's data set on the handheld device, the recommendation can then be printed out there and then with your portable printer.. OR back at the office. Sync the data to your local, or remote MultiClient installation.. export your recommendations to the client and save them the trouble of data entry!

MultiClient

The PAM MultiClient version enables you to add, delete, modify and switch between separate client datasets. The MultiClient feature also allows you to create seasonal plans or "Paddock Budgets" and Paddock Recommendations for your clients. You can import PAM datasets from your clients (if they are also running PAM) to view or to modify their data, enter plans, recommendations or paddock budgets then export back to their computer.
