• Fairport Club Members can always request a CD to be sent to them in the mail.
  
• Other wise there is software that can cure the problem by resuming the download from where it left off when your connection dropped out. It is FREE (ads) and it can be found here: www.getright.com

1. Left click on the file that you would like to download

2. You will need to 'Save this program to disk' after you select the file

3. Please take note as to where you save the download to on your hard drive. A good idea at this point would be to save the file to your desktop (you can achieve this by clicking the up arrow in the save to dialogue box until you get to the desktop)

4. Once the download has finished, you will need to navigate your way to that file (on your Desktop) and 'double click' on it to run the install.... at this point, you will be asked for a password...

5. Please click on the 'email' link where you selected the download to receive your password via return email.

Note:

* Both the download and upgrade of all PAM products will not effect any existing data, although we do recommend that you backup your data before any new install or upgrade.

* Data will be over written on the handheld computer should PocketPAM be upgraded or re-installed on the handheld unit.
